ImageEvent Prints lets you order photo prints and photo products from your albums. ImageEvent is the seller; you pay by card (Stripe). After payment we send each line to the lab you chose (Prodigi, Lumaprints, or Gooten), and that lab makes and ships the print. Live sizes and prices: Prints. Full policy: Print policy.

How to order prints

  1. Open an album and choose one photo (Order / print flow), or several photos in the print workspace for a larger cart without leaving the album.
  2. Pick the product type (photo print, fine art, canvas, metal, framed, acrylic, cards, posters, or mugs), size, finish or options, and which lab makes it.
  3. Choose Fill or Fit, adjust the crop if needed, set quantity, then add to cart.
  4. Open the print cart, choose a shipping speed (United States only), then pay with card on Stripe.
You can keep shopping from other albums and return to the cart before checkout. If you leave Stripe without paying, your cart should still be there when you come back.

Who can order

You can order prints of your own photos. Guests and visitors can order only when they can already view the photo and the album allows print ordering (including Hidden albums shared by URL). Personal albums stay owner-only for guests. If prints are not offered on an album, visitors will not see an order path for those photos. To turn Prints on for every album at once, use Tools.

Choosing a print lab

You pick a lab for each product. Prices and strengths differ by material. You may mix labs in one cart — you may get more than one package, and you pay each lab’s shipping (we do not discount lab shipping).
  • Prodigi — Strong for photo prints and many gift sizes
  • Lumaprints — Strong for fine art and wall art
  • Gooten — Strong for some products such as mugs
Compare labs side by side on Compare print labs (includes a sample shipping calculator). Your cart quote is what you pay.

Fill, Fit, and reframing

  • Fill fills the paper. A dashed print window matches the paper size — drag to reframe and zoom to crop (like a drugstore print kiosk). The cart shows Reframed only when you moved the crop away from the default center.
  • Fit shows the whole photo. If the photo and paper aspect ratios differ, white borders appear on the sides or top and bottom.
From the cart you can Edit print to change crop or options for that line. Photos are sent as sRGB JPEG. Color on paper will not match every screen; slight variation between labs and between screen and print is normal.

Resolution (DPI) guide

We estimate print sharpness from your photo pixels and the size you choose (and your crop when using Fill):
  • Below about 100 DPI — that size is not offered.
  • Between about 100 and 150 DPI — you must confirm the print may look soft.
  • Above about 150 DPI — good for that size under normal viewing.
We do not refund a print for softness you confirmed at order time. Prefer a smaller size, a different crop, or a sharper original if the warning appears.

Cart, quantity, and shipping speed

Open Cart to change quantity, remove a line, or edit a print. Choose a shipping speed before you pay:
  • Economy (Budget) — typically about 5–9 business days for US delivery (production plus transit)
  • Standard — typically about 3–6 business days
  • Express — typically about 1–3 business days after the lab ships
Times are typical, not guarantees. Each lab maps those speeds to its own carriers. Shipping quotes appear on the cart after rates load; the Pay button stays unavailable until a valid quote is ready.

Pricing, tax, and paying with card

Retail prices on the site are what you pay for the product. Shipping and sales tax (where ImageEvent must collect it) are added at checkout from your shipping address. Payment is by card through Stripe; card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by ImageEvent. After you pay, the order is submitted to the lab(s); production usually starts soon after.

Change of mind: once the lab has started production, we cannot cancel for a change of mind. Contact us right away if you spot a problem before production begins — we will help when we still can.

Shipping (United States)

We ship to the United States only for now. Your full address at Stripe checkout is what we fulfill to. A mixed-lab cart may ship as separate packages; each shipment gets its own tracking when the lab provides it. We do not discount lab shipping. Sample rates: shipping calculator on the labs page — the cart quote still wins.

Order confirmation and tracking

After you pay, you get a confirmation with an order number and a link to follow status. We email you again when tracking is available. Open the confirmation / track link anytime to see lab status (queued, in production, shipped) and tracking when the lab has labeled the package. Keep that email — the link includes your order key. You can also open Print order history from Tools.

Reprints and refunds

Write to orders@imageevent.com with your order number. Include photos of damage when you can — that speeds up a reprint.

We reprint or refund when:
  • The lab damages a print or ships a defective product
  • The wrong photo or wrong size was produced
  • The carrier loses the package
Refunds are issued by ImageEvent through Stripe.

Not covered:
  • Change of mind after production has started
  • Low resolution you acknowledged
  • Normal screen-to-print color difference
  • Carrier delays after the package is labeled (we still help chase tracking)
Full detail: Print policy.

Privacy and what labs receive

To fulfill an order we share with the lab and its production partners: recipient name, address, email, phone if you provided one, and the photo file needed to make the print. We keep the order record, including what you paid and the lab cost. Labs download the image over a signed, time-limited URL for production only.
